Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
Absolutely! Our array of insurance coverage includes: general liability, employee dishonesty bond, worker’s compensation and we are a licensed business with the state of Idaho.
Do I have to sign an agreement to hire your services?
We do not believe in locking our clients into long-term agreements. We do have a Service Agreement that we require our clients to sign. The Service Agreement explains details such as: Billing, Payments, Cancellation/Rescheduling and Safety topics. This is a tool that is vital in order to establish good communication between us and our clients’.
Can I have the same cleaner if I want recurring services?
You will be assigned a default housekeeper for recurring services. There are occasions where your default housekeeper will take vacation/sick time and life events happen. In this case you will be notified of the housekeeper that will be standing in.
Do you offer a referral program
We have a great referral program. We believe in thanking our clients’ every time they refer our services to friends and family.
Do you have to see my property before you can give me an estimate?
Yes. We do have some clients’ that are not available or live out of the area and are not able to meet with us in person. In such a case our client can have a representative to stand in. It is very important for us to book a FREE initial consultation to give the best possible estimate.
Do you offer gift certificates?

Our services are tailored to our clients specific needs. This is called the Quality Control Checklist that is created during our initial consultation.
